WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT

Last night I had high hopes that I would encounter some stupid or rude people. My wife and I had an evening planned with my parents to go out to eat and then attend Legally Blond (the musical). The night started out promising when we almost got run off the road getting onto the interstate on the way to the event. We arrived at the parking garage, parked and then walked to a mexican restaurant to eat dinner. Surely the service would suck or the food would be bad or something. I was wrong, the service was good and the food was quite tasty. The closest we came to something going wrong was when one of the waiters brought out something we didn't recognize. So we asked him what it was, with his non-response and weird looks, it was quite obvious that he could not speak a bit of english. It was actually quite funny, the four of us taking turns asking him in different ways what the dish was. We probably sounded more retarded or stupid to him. Finally our real waiter came over and straightened it out. We finished eating and made our way back to the hall to enjoy the play. The 4 seats that we bought were not together, there was 2 in between them. When the other couple (who we didn't know) showed up for their seats we had decided to ask them if they would switch with us so we could all 4 sit together. Amazingly, they were more than willing to do this, the evening couldn't be any better! The show was fantastic! Now I had one more chance to find someone rude, the parking garage. We made it to our vehicle and waited patiently to be let out into the line of traffic. Wow, we got right out. It took approximately 15 to 20 minutes to make it out of the garage but that was due to the fact that everyone was letting people into the line. This was probably one of the more enjoyable evenings that I have spent out with people in quite some time. I was disappointed but very relieved, maybe I should have more faith in people.......but I don't.
